Everyday Peace

In light of the recent terror attacks, what can we do to promote peace in everyday life?

There are two simple steps to initiate peace in our daily lives. First of all, cultivate calmness through daily conversation or arguments. The second is to practice concentration and control temper through deep breathing. How many of us have practiced those two seemingly simple steps?
